They have come a long way...The girls at the front desk, Nieve and the other receptionist that is there with her ..( I don't recall her name at this moment 😔, sorry) are very attentive, Maria the nurse also very nice and professional,and Dr.Alvarez is one of the best doctor my husband and I have ever had.....and that's why my husband and I gave them 5 ⭐. ever had ... Thanks......and that's why my husband and myself gave them 5⭐..
I haven't seen doctors in years because my last one prescribed the wrong meds leading to severe health issues. Needless to say, I was apprehensive going here and only went because my new insurance (Medicare) wanted me to. Wow! Things have changed. Courteous staff, physicians who listen (Dr. Ramos, particularly) and a spotlessly clean office environment. No judging from staff and it's so convenient. Highly satisfied at this point.
Everyone was professional friendly and very knowledgeable Dr Ramos was a pleasure he was outstanding and addressed all my concerns I am looking forward to a great relationship with the team thank you again.
My family and I highly recommend Dr. Ramos at Conviva North Lakeland for primary doctor care. My parents are patients of Dr. Ramos and both have serious medical conditions requiring a lot of care and attention. Dr. Ramos is a wonderful doctor. He is knowledgeable, caring, attentive, and someone that our family trusts. Nurse Jessica is awesome too.
