James was called to troubleshoot our heating/ac unit frosting over and was very professional, detailed and informative about his findings. He noted other deficiencies that could've been noted before and offered to make things right, for my family and I believe he has the best interest in ensuring that our units operate at full capacity as they should producing the best air quality. James has quality at the forefront and proved that my family's concerns are priority one.

We were assigned them through Select Home Warranty for a malfunctioning heater in the middle of winter. They did not send a technician until a full 24 hours after being assigned. Once the technician diagnosed the problem which was a simple motor replacement, he said he will not be able to do the work until another 24 hours later, as he had other assignments to get to! We are still in freezing cold with nothing fixed. Will not be using their services again any time soon.

I reached out to Reliance to have one of their service professionals come and take a look at my furnace, which was not heating properly. The gentleman called half an hour before the scheduled time and asked if he could come early, which I replied, of course. Once there, and after having identified the problem, walked me through exactly what was causing the unit to cut on and off. He called to have the part delivered and had the unit repaired within 30 minutes of receiving the part. The service could not have been any better!... read more

Dale and Reliance Heating & Air Conditioning came out within 15 minutes when we had no heat due to our system failure. They had us back up and running in an hour. They were friendly, quick and efficient. Hire them for all our needs.
