If there was a negative star choice I would select it. I went in for routine oil change (purchased vehicle new there in 2013 so have consistently kept up maintenance at dealerships) I was told I needed rear & front brake pads replaced and since I would not agree to have it done right then, I had to sign a liability waiver. My review is solely based on the ******************* I bought a brand new truck from them in 2019. There was a recall on it and I scheduled a service visit on 4/25/22 to have the recall fixed. I had an issue with the sunroof and I had an extended warranty. They told me they would fix it after the recall. They told me it would take 1-2 days on the recall and then another 1-2 days on the sunroof, but they could probably get it all done in two days. They gave me a rental vehicle. Hidden fees out the ****. I told them I didn’t want anything extra. I signed on a price when everything was all said and done looked and they had snuck in over $2,800 that I did not sign for. On top all that I have not received my title or anything. I have been calling almost daily leaving voicemails. Only once I had spoken to a lady she had told me it should be soon and if it went over and they would pay my late fees? Yeah right. Missouri law says you have 30 days. 2021 Toyota purchased 10/14/20 - Been waiting for a call back from Customer Relations B4 writing this but after 14 days of refusal to contact me -- here it goes.
