It was time for the annual check-up of our two AC/Furnace systems. The Reliable tech making the call this year was Kenneth Lee. He was very knowledgeable and courteous as all Reliable staff have been over the years. He did a very thorough job inspecting, cleaning and testing our systems. No major issues were found. When it comes time to replace our aging lower unit, we'll call Reliable. Thanks.

I had an emmergency repair and they came within 3 hours of me calling them on the same day. My technician (Quincy) quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I absolutely will use them again.

I wanted to thank both Nick, Sales Rep and Jason Thomason, Technician and his assistant Jason for great service. My A/C finally broke down during the heatwave in July. I am a repeat customer having purchased a furnace a couple of years ago. Since I had a previous estimate earlier this year, within 2 hours of my 1st call Nick set me up with window units until the job was completed 2 days later. I could not have asked for faster service and experienced technicians.
