Glad I switched to Reliable, as technician Lawrence Overstreet found mold in the heating unit, which I suspected (but had not mentioned to him beforehand) due to recent health issues. My previous HVAC company had been doing regular annual maintenance checks and never found it. Lawrence was great- friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

A neighbor recommended Reliable Heating and Air to me and I have used them since for all HVAC/plumbing in my home. They have installed a furnace, AC replacements for upstairs and downstairs, and a hot water heater for me within the past 3 years. I have been very pleased with their services. They have much better prices than the big box stores and have a much faster response time for quotes and installations. Lawrence Overstreet was the technician who performed the system PM. He was very knowledgable, thorough and very professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why so that I could understand. He also provided very valuable suggestions on how to prolong the life of the system.

Quality work with good suggestions for our home on how to maximize recessed lighting. Trustworthy employees which we allowed to enter our home at their convenience. They cleaned and locked the house daily.

Couldn't be more pleased. Had my semi-yearly check for heat. I have 2 systems. Deon was on time and extremely professional. Very helpful. He saw a potential problem and had another senior tech out the same day. Turned out I needed a new system. Excellent service from Rob to the installers of new attic steps! All called first, showed up timely, worked very professionally. My home was as clean when they left as when they arrived. Very pleased.
