Reliable exceeded my expectations by a lot - solved my problem in a tight time frame and for a fair price. Customer service was efficient and pleasant, Electrical Department manager did a great job of covering my issue by phone so that he could send the right technician. The technician was outstanding, he worked hard on a complex issue, found the solution and fixed my problem. All of this was done with each person exhibiting a great attitude. We just replaced our complete system. Torri and Walter were fantastic technicians. Thorough, helpful, they never rushed me even though I was having some issues with the paperwork. TOP NOTCH! I would have them to my home any time.
