This experience started with a service call which lead into a purchase. Although no purchase of this size is pleasant, this company made the experience pleasant. From the service tech to the installers, they provided fast turnaround, excellent service, and top quality work. My service tech (Anthony C.) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We needed to replace our heating and a/c system and were somewhat hesitant to spend such a large amount of money on a company we had not previously used. However, we are highly pleased with the quality of work, equipment installed (Trane), and especially the crew: Lee Cook, sales engineer; Greg McDaniel, lead installer; and Clayton Bailey, installer. Sure, I've seen the commercials, but it's not easy to make HVAC entertaining. The litmus test, at the end of the day, is quality service. Reliable Heating & Air was on time and professionally competent. They didn't make air conditioning repair rocket science. They explained what was wrong, how they would repair it and how much it would cost - all within 5 minutes after entering my home. In my case it was a bad capacitor in my outside condenser unit. They went up into my 95-degree attic to examine my furnace. They replaced my... read more
