Had a great experience with Reliable when I decided to take advantage of their offer of Trane furnace and air for under $4k. The Sales person was professional and friendly, and installation personnel - Jeremy Woods and Tevin Bridges - were on time, efficient and left the installation site clean and free of any debris. Can't wait to get my first gas bill to see how my new energy efficient system impacts it! Thank you Reliable!

Josh M. serviced my house today for duct cleaning. I would just like to comment that he did an excellent job. He was very professional and took his time to do the job right. He takes pride in his work which is something you don't see as much of anymore. It's a dirty job cleaning out the vents. He took time to explain to me what he was doing and recommended ways to keep the system clean in the future.

We have had to use them for our AC unit in the past, and now a new furnace. Everyone we deal with is polite, professional and we never had any doubts about their recommendations. The installers for the furnace, Sam and Jeff, were exceedingly professional, prompt and did great work. We will use them always! Best ever!

Just completed install of 2 Furnace and Air Conditioning units on my house. Couldn't be happier with the entire process. From the quote through the install, Reliable was great to work with. Justin Lester and Jon Wood were the techs who installed the units along with their helpers Harrison and Cameron. I was extremely impressed with all the guys. Some of the most courteous people I have meet! Both the office staff and the 2 different electricians that came to my house were professional, caring and friendly. They showed up on time and did a quality job at a fair price. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and family! Like their name says, they are Reliable!
