Reliable Heating and Air in Atlanta - Best Company in town! I switched to Reliable Heating and Air over a year ago when I needed a new furnace. Lawrence Overstreet is an excellent service technician - kind, hard working and extremely professional. Reliable is an excellent company and Lawrence Overstreet is an exceptional technician - love them :)

Darrell Chastain at Reliable delivers excellent customer service and helped us with a whole home electrical inspection as well as fixed a breaker issue. We will definitely go back for any additional electrical problems we may face as well as air and plumbing issues in the future.

We had an issue with our upstairs unit not working. On July 4th called at 9:00 AM and the put me on the waiting list for the day. Received a call just before lunch letting me know that they had a technician on the way to my house. We were up and running just after lunch same day. They do great work for a fair price and stand behind it.

We had a new Trane unit installed in our Dunwoody home Saturday, July 9th, 2016. We got a call ahead the day before the installation confirming the time and when they would show up. The morning of I received a phone call from the crew letting me know they were on their way and gave me a time the GPS said they would arrive, which was 20 minutes early. I reached out to Reliable to inquire about the Georgia Power rebate paperwork and the quickly put me through to the right guy. He sent it to me quickly along with a nice note. Everyone I've dealt with at Reliable was very professional, polite, and genuinely concerned that I was happy.

I just had my air conditioner installed this morning. Technician Jason Thomason installed the unit. He was very professional. He called me prior to his arrival. He arrived within 30 minutes of his call. We reviewed the contract and he explained what he would be doing. Upon completion, Mr. Thomason walked me through how the thermostat works. He explained how the air might run for a while due to the high humidity within the home. He advised that he installed the filter and I should replace it once every 90 days. We were in need of some maintenance on our A/C unit, and had heard RELIABLE mentioned on the radio and gave them a call. They really live up to their name. Fast and prompt service, the technician was courteous and respectful, and very patient in explaining how to set the thermostat. The price is very reasonable, too. I highly recommend them for all your A/c, heating and electrical needs.
