3 quotes produced 3 different designs and prices. Reliable was the only one to quote duct work could also be added into our ranch condo sunroom resulting in additional 200 sq ft of heated and AC space. With that we upgraded from an undersized 2.5 ton to a 4 ton - upgraded furnace & compressor (the old compressor is 1/3 the size of the new one) Rob, the salesman, was on time, gave us a thorough quote plus insurance liability information. We had our main floor unit replaced last year. After having that unit serviced by several companies, I was never happy until Infound reliable. The quote process was easy (I had 4 quotes and they were in the middle). The technicians they sent to replace my A/C were Mike Kish and Jesse Rivera. They were both outstanding. I just replaced my AC unit upstairs. David and Matt were incredible. They worked nonstop and delivered a beautiful job redoing old duct work/union boxes, replacing heat pump, and adding a return. They cleaned up after themselves and went over everything that they did before leaving. The appraiser was very knowledgeable and delivered everything that he recommended. Great job. I can't say enough good things about Reliable Heating and Air.

I'm know for criticizing the younger generation for not being hard working. With that in mind last Friday was a breath of fresh to see Jonathan Wood and Justin Lester along with their helpers Cameron and Harrison Dye in action. We were having 2 new units installed, one of course in a very hot attic. These guys blew in and just knocked it out....and they were a joy to have in my home. Reliable is just what the name implies: Reliable, consistent, and provides excellent service. Reggie Cousin was my most recent service tech. As with all other Reliable techs, he was informative, polite, respectful, and did a great job. He was very thorough, took the time to answer questions, and ensured that I had the information necessary. Jeremy Ward, the electrician, was professional and courteous. He did an excellent job and cleaned up after completing the work. Mr. Ward was highly skilled and knowledgeable. He explained the various tasks to my complete understanding. I will, certainly, use this company, again.
