I have been very happy with this company's service. My tech Ronnie called when he was on his way so I didnt have to spend my day waiting. Once he arrived he was very professional and informed me of what he would be doing. I would recommend this company for all your heating and air issues.

The response by Reliable was quick, and they were great to work with my availability. Ronnie (the technician) was courteous and extremely efficient. He identified the problem within minutes and fixed it immediately. I would defeintiely recommend Reliable to all my family and friends in the area.
It's Memorial Day and our A/C went out. We called and Ronnie was here very quickly. He inspected the unit and said it was frozen up. All he could do was wait for it to thaw so he could find out if it was low on coolant or was frozen up due to low airflow. Originally planned on coming back tomorrow, but when he heard we had a death in the immediate family, he found a way to complete the job today.
