Had a very good experience and a tough situation for them to work with. I came in a rather angry customer but by the time it was all said and done, was more than pleased with the service I received from David Ellzey and the sales manager Byron. Sorry never caught his last name but both took a pissed off customer and made a loyal customer out of him. I've read some of the reviews on here and all I can say is guess can't please everybody. This was the second vehicle that I have purchased through Reliable Chevrolet. The first lasted us years until one horrible icy day. Up until then we had had no issues at all with that car. Poor customer service, make you promises they cant keep. I am an older lady and they took advantage of me and told nothing but lies. I will never buy another vehicle from Reliable (this was my 3rd purchase) and will never recommend them to anyone. First purchase was fine. My credit was ran 15 times since March dropping my score significantly.
Needed a newer truck as my old one was starting to get expensive to fix. Joshua Barker sat down with me, I gave him a list of the things I needed and he found the perfect truck for me. Excellent customer service by Josh and the whole sales staff.
