So I was hesitant to go back here to shop for another vehicle. When we purchased our impala 4 years ago that salesman was a nightmare! However David E. over in pre owned made our experience last Wednesday pleasant and easy. He was the best to work with. I would recommend him to anybody! And we have already! We bought a car from Reliable and the extended warranty... now that the car is in the shop for transmission problems, they are saying they don’t know if it’s the clutch disc or the pressure plate.... and they won’t know till they get into it. If it’s the clutch disc they won’t cover it, or the labor to find out that’s it.... even though we were told when we bought the extended warranty that it was all covered.
