Austin was amazing great customer service. He gave me reassurance they can repair my car and peace of mind. I got an appointment immediately no waiting.They have a great shuttle service.My repair was half the cost quoted by another repair shop.

I want to give a HUGE shout-out to Dillon Turner and Micheal Jordon at Reliable Chevrolet in Springfield Missouri! We bought our new Chevy Silverado 2500 recently and they went above and beyond to take care of us. My wife knew what she wanted to buy, and Reliable had the vehicle at the right price. Brad Clark was able to give me the full history on the Equinox before we arrived at the dealership. The deal was done before we ever arrived, and Brad made sure we were comfortable the entire time. All the bells and whistles were offered and he wasn’t pushy about anything. Straight up... Jack Spencer didn't used car haggle me. He walked out and fearlessly went for a handshake, despite the rising numbers of increased ronas. When I asked a price, I was not shown some outrageous number that needed discounts to make the sell, nor was I asked the common "how much you looking to spend?". He just gave me the only price!
