We're in a Silverado 3500HD Dually pulling a 50' fifth wheel. Had the check engine light come on on a Sunday outside of Albuquerque, the service dept wasn't open but they put us up for the night, got us in early Monday morning, and back on the road before 11am. We haven't had many issues with our truck but have always had exceptional service when we have, this dealership ranks high on the list.
Went in for an appraisal on a 2014 ram 2500 mega cab, Place is a joke, false advertising, low ball offer, complete waste of time. 45 min for an appraisal, just to be handed a low ball offer. Then on top of it, whatever they did to my truck during the inspection process, the check engine light is now on in my vehicle and won’t go off. Now have to take it to a real mechanic to find out what they did to it.
Very pleased and happy . Bob was very patience with us. He was outstanding
