I took my 2012 Equinox in for repair and it turned into a long drawn out irritation. The Service advisor I was assign failed to keep me inform of my vehicle’s status and then went on vacation, without letting me know who would be my contact. Lmao! I was literally there today and test drove a car. I went back and forth with the salesman via text to where we got within literally $173 and they wouldn't make the deal. He then had the nerve to tell me to let him know if he could assist with my car search. Really dude? You wouldn't bend on $173!
