This is one of the best places to workout. The trainers really know their stuff and help push you to your max. I've worked out with a few other people and ended up dropping them cause I ended up hurt more often then not. Not at this place with every rep they make sure you're in right formation. Check it out guys. I promise you won't regret it.
Pretty much the best place I've ever worked out at! They are amazing trainers who know what they are doing! It's a super fun atmosphere and everyone encourages eachother. So DONT BE SCURRRRED to try a class out!
I started to learn about Elevation when my sons soccer team was doing speed and agility training which by the way made a huge difference. To me the workouts looked like a lot of fun.The problem I had was I have 2 bad knees. 1 is a partial replacement. I have to say since I started Chris and Sarah really know what they are doing. They helped me work around it and helped me make the leg muscles stronger. My knees have never felt better. Since I started I dropped 40 lbs in 3.5 months and I have never felt better.
