RecommendedMy son had the opportunity with Glenoak basketball to train for the last 2 months. What a difference in his speed and endurance! I LOVE MY GYM! Chris & Sarah have taught me everything I know about working out. Both are amazing trainers and know what they are doing..and it shows! They are tough, but only because they want me to reach my goals. No bootcamp class is ever the same, the workouts are geared to my personal needs and goals, they are always correcting my form and pushing me to work harder..because they know me and care about me.
