I have been going to Elevation Performance for a couple of years now and, I may be biased, but I think it is one of the best kept secrets in Stark County. I attend the posture class on Mondays as I have some issues with my shoulders. It is challenging with lots of stretching, rolling, and other movements that somehow loosen the muscle and tissue around the joints. I worked with Chris years ago while training as a figure skater. Not only was he professional as a trainer, he is a wonderful motivator and mentor, and just an amazing human being. Parents, if you are looking for a role model for your children, you won't find anyone better than Chris! I am so glad to see the growth in his business. You can tell he loves what he does!
