RecommendedI want to give Relax on the Beach Vacation Rentals and Realty a shout out for their amazing customer service. We had organized a senior trip for the first week of June and according to their cancellation policy, you have to cancel x amount of days before your check in date. We have passed that date and even though our reservation is a month after the stay at home order, they have still honored our cancellation with no additional fees or keeping us "stuck" paying the reservation. We rented an awesome house on the beach. Customer service was great.
What a welcome at that! LIVE Cockroaches everywhere! When we called the girl says “what size are they?” “Oh it’s just because of the warm weather.” The girl was so rude. Umm negative we’ve been coming to Florida once even twice a year never have we stayed at a place with LIVE cockroaches IN THE CLOSETS, CABINETS, UNDER THE TABLE! Never again will we rent from relax on the beach!
