This was a family trip for our 25 the anniversary and very disappointing, for money we spent expected a better quality facility. Pool was filthy with green slime around edges and the liner is ripped. Furniture around pool was dirty. Inside house the furniture was old and ripped. Lamps would not come on and cable and wifi was difficult. We booked a house through this agency only be get an email that they somehow double booked it. I called and they said they had computer problems and sorry that they somehow double booked it. They had no other properties available so now we have to cancel our vacation - seriously disappointed.
Languna Sunrise was just what the doctor ordered for our Thanksgiving Family getaway. We really had a great time and the house and staff were incredible. We are already planning our next trip.
I have rented 5 different homes in the community of morgantown from Relax on the beach. Carousel, chill out, freedom 1, the grammont and just recently ( labor day) Always on my mind. It is a pet friendly beach. It is quiet, clean, and beautiful. After discovering this area we have found we can rent these beautiful homes at a reasonable price especially if you share with friends or family. Similar to other posts, we had a horrible experience in our rental which was Beach House Too. After the first night, I contacted the agency and was told they were working on a refund however nothing ever happened no action was taken. It was filthy, moldy, furniture rotted, my daughter almost fell off the bunkbed ladder because it was broken - just like the furniture on the porch. I would never recommend this place to anybody!!I am staying at Castaways 1C.We checked in Sat.,and had no refrigerator or freezer that worked!!It's Tues.and still is not working.We had to throw over 100.00 worth of food away..We are continuously having to purchase ice daily,and can't use the freezer.I am calling every morning,and no response.I leave messages with no one helping us out.There are 10 people in this condo w children,and it's frustrating for us all.Definitely NOT relaxing on the Beach!!Do not deal with these peop... read more
