Dr. Lisboa was very thorough and compassionate. I felt 'heard'. She didn't rush me out of her office, like some doctors. She explained everything so well. I now have hope.

She wanted to know me.She listened to me. I felt immediately comfortable and heard I did feel like I was going to get some answers and maybe start to feel better. I trust her.
Dr. Lisboa has gone above and beyond to help me with several problems. She created a compounded cream for me that has helped tremendously. I'm unable to drive so she sent healthcare workers to my house for physical therapy and a nurse to help me learn how to do B12 shots. I feel much more confident about doing self injections now. She is nice and has really helped me!
I love Rejane! The first couple years I felt like I wasn't heard, but I think that was my communication barrier with her and possibly the lag in telehealth visits. The last 2 visits I had with her she listened and gave solutions. I would think the complaints about her are from others not knowing what to do to help themselves. I knew my issue and could explain my needs where she was able to solve them. I would suggest that you as the patient remember it takes time to solve neuro issues.
Dr. Lisboa is easy to talk to. She seems to be genuinely concerned about my well being. She recently moved her office and I can't drive that far. She has allowed me to continue seeing her through virtual appointments which I truly appreciate.
She returns all of my calls and answers all of my questions
