I am a recent new owner of a Lexus and had never been to the Service Department before. It was all nicely done, the service was right on and the final bill actually was (a little) less than the estimate. That's always nice.

We worked withe Erik over emails and phone calls to make a deal on a used car. We came from 12 hours away in Jacksonville FL round trip because they had the car we wanted. Erik was great to work with and they stood by everything he said for trade in value, price of the car and terms of financing. We were worried about taking such a long trip if the car wasn't as they explained or wouldn't give us what we wanted/needed to make the deal work.
