Angelo at Reinhardt was extremely gracious and professional. I highly recommend that you at least shop at Reinhardt when you are considering buying a new/used vehicle. Everything from the service to the sale was top notch. And their mechanics are top of the line as well
RecommendedExcellent service from Kevin and the young lady at the service desk! The only problem I have is that I've been waiting going on 2 years or more on my side panels that had a recall. I'm currently working with Todd and can hopefully get this resolved soon.

I have never had an issue with Reinhardt Lexus. They are very professional and will check you in and out with the quickness. I love the ease of always being able to get a loaner when needed. Never a bad experience.
We didn’t buy our car from Reinhardt but I have to say the experience was night and day from what we experienced during our purchase from an Atlanta dealer. Our purchase was the worst car buying experience We have ever had. Our first service experience was very pleasant. They listened to our concerns and gave advice about other issues. The complimentary loaner made our day much more efficient while waiting for the service to be completed. Thanks!
