I absolutely love my RX350, but buyer beware of the "Auto Butler" they encourage you to purchase. I purchased in order to protect my car and one of two things happened: 1.) It does not work or 2.) They pretend to apply and don't! I talked with 5 different people there that explained that once applied, you can not just wash off, it takes time to wear off. waste of time Very personable salesman. Found car we liked and it went downhill from there. Watching the shellgame of another guy run back and forth with a finance mng. old school and laughable. I thought auto sale tactics had evolved from the 60s. nope.
I love the Lexus we bought, however don't trade your vehicle in cause Mark H. will not take care of you! I feel like I was ripped off. He told me that my truck does not worth what I asked for on my trade. However it was worth more than $9,000 more than what they gave me for it cause I see my old truck at the Pratt ville location. He have lost my trust! I will buy another Lexus but not from him!
I recently dropped my 2006 GS300 off for its 90,000 mile service. When it was returned to me I drove it home, which is about 70 miles from Montgomery, I popped the hood and started inspecting what was done. I was in disbelief! Three out of eight plastic housing clips were missing, the coolant reservoir was on low, which probably means that the tech improperly flushed and bled the coolant system properly.
