I have been very disappointed in my services at Reinhardt Lexus. I bought my SUV with free lifetime oil change( states on paperwork) in 2011. about a year ago i brought my car in for the free service and was told they would no longer honor it. My husband called talked to one of the Reinhardt’s and they agreed to continue honoring the program for us, this is what convinced us to purchase our vehicle.
