Prepare to pet, feed and photograph both adult and baby reindeer at Anchorage's fascinating Reindeer Farm. Gentle and tame, these "deer" are accustomed to visitors and are very friendly. Owner Tom Williams actually grew up on this beautiful farm and transformed it from a dairy farm to a reindeer wonderland in the late 1980s. Today, visitors can also marvel at elk and bison, and can go on a horseback ride up up the nearby Butte.

The reindeer farm never ceases to amaze me. Chris and Andrea did a great job making my family feel welcome and Garett delivered an amazing tour for them. I love and miss the Reindeer farm.
The tour of the reindeer farm that we took with Susie was very enjoyable. Susie was full of information and a LOT of fun!!! I highly recommend to take your guests to the farm and request Susie!

Go see Andrea! She was helpful and kept the group entertained and laughing the entire time. We have been on several tours with her and she always goes out of her way to make sure everyone has a memorable experience! If you have never been to the Reindeer Farm, you need to grab your family and friends. If you are driving in from Anchorage, it's worth the drive!
Susie gave us a close up and personal tour of the reindeer farm. Absolutely fell in love with Rocky, the orphaned Moose. So glad we made a stop......really enjoyed it!
