Prepare to pet, feed and photograph both adult and baby reindeer at Anchorage's fascinating Reindeer Farm. Gentle and tame, these "deer" are accustomed to visitors and are very friendly. Owner Tom Williams actually grew up on this beautiful farm and transformed it from a dairy farm to a reindeer wonderland in the late 1980s. Today, visitors can also marvel at elk and bison, and can go on a horseback ride up up the nearby Butte.

One of my favorite places to go in the Valley! The guides are great, the views amazing, and all the animals are so cute!

RecommendedWorth every cent!! Finally, we could actually get close to these fantastic animals. Here you can feed, hold and touch them. There're not only reindeers as its name, there're also rabbits, roosters, baby moose, bison, elk, which are all friendly and nice. The guide is also very knowledgable and open for any questions. Also look for their cute dogs; Cody and the two big white ones!
Our tour guide, Susie, was fantastic! She was so crazy funny and sweet! That woman has got a killer sense of humor!
Very good place to visit . They explain every thing about the animals extremely well. Also you get to hand feed the Reindeer and the Elk. Kids loved it tok
These people are clearly knowledgeable about reindeer and other animals, both on and off their farm. Very friendly and informative and wonderful with children! My granddaughter adored it.

We � The Reindeer Farm! Wonderful experience and a good look for individuals and families not familiar with reindeer and animal raising as a whole. Super friendly staff. Super lovey reindeer. Cute baby moose, lovely bison who thinks she is a moose and a huge elk! Would highly recommend!!!
So much fun & Anissa was a GREAT tour guide!! Learned a lot of things I didn't know AND feeding the reindeer was awesome!!! Loved the Bison & baby moose & even "kissed" an elk!! Go!!! Visit!! You won't be disappointed!!
