I was very pleased with my 1st visit! Your entire team was very professional, friendly and curtious! Thank you for making my visit pleasant.
As a new patient to this office, I have to admit, the folks are very pleasant, professional and courteous. The process was quick and easy and the wait time was approximately 5 minutes. The office was located in a very quiet section of the Huntersville business park, not to mention scenic and tranquil. My dentist Dr. Miller was as pleasant as stated in all the reviews I had read prior to selecting this office and my hygienist Amanda was very friendly, courteous and gentle.
The team is so sweet and personable at every visit. They listen to all concerns and take their time with each patient.
I am completely impressed with the service I have received today. The appointment although long and past hours, was still given the same amount of dedication and attention as if I were the first appointment of the day. Dr. Paterra and the dental assistants were diligent in checking to see if I was comfortable or needed anything during the appointment, even giving my 6 year old daughter attention while she waited the 2 plus hours 😊. Great dental office! Convenient location, staff is super friendly, and the office is clean and comfortable. Dr. Miller is AWESOME!! Very attentive and explained what to expect during the process. He knew that I had a little dental anxiety so he made sure to check to see if I was ok throughout the entire procedure. He makes you feel very comfortable. My family I have been going to Reimels Dentistry for almost 4 years and it has consistently been a positive experience. Organized (text reminders & rarely a wait), professional (they aren't satisfied until you are satisfied) and caring. Great group of people that deserve a 5 star rating.
Even though the extraction was not able take place due to jump in my blood pressure , I cannot say enough about how patient Dr. Miller was while trying wait until it dropped a bit before extracting my tooth. This is exacty what you want in a doctor--someone who does not jump into things to simply get it done, but puts much thought into his patience safety first and foremost.
