From past experiences, I did have some apprehensions about dental clinic. But with Reimels Family Dentistry & Cosmetic, I got my confidence back. They are very professional and friendly . I am happy I found the right " hands " for my dental care. Thank you RFD& C
On Wednesday the cap fell off my tooth and I was suppose to greet the public at a big event on Saturday. I gave Reimels a call they got me in the next day, pulled the tooth on Thursday with the promise of an essex to be delivered to me on Friday with the artificial tooth to cover the hole. The most down to earth & Caring people around the Charlotte area, This is by far none the BEST practice ever, You have the best view in the world while there working on your teeth, The staff go above and beyond the call of duty to make your stay feel comfortable!
I decided to switch over to Reimels Family & Cosmetic Dentistry and this was the best decision made in a while. Service was spectacular, prompt, and painfree. Not to mention friendly atmosphere too. All tge quality things I look for in my dentist was available to me and with a smile!
I always have a great experience when I come to the dental office. I love the organization of the visit.. From the ladies at the front desk on up to the doctors, they are wonderful.
