I am a new resident to the area. The front desk personnel were very warm, helpful, friendly and thorough. I received excellent care for a root canal performed today by Dr. Moshes.She and her dental assistant explained the process and at every step of it. They were very accommodating and concerned for my comfort during the process. They were precise in their procedures and not settling for less than perfection. We could not have asked for more attentive and patient centered service than we received on our first visit. Everyone was so pleasant, welcoming, and knowledgeable about our care. We will definitely recommend the practice to others, and we look forward to our future visits.
My family and I have been visiting this practice for 5 years. And what I like about this place is that it is clean, the doctors there are willing to work with you, the communication etc. This summer I have done my internship there and they are a team that truly cares about there patients. I have been seeing Dr. Mike and Dr. Katie for 7 years. They treated and healed a recurring dental I had for years. They were the first dentists to help treat the root cause of the problem and I have not had any issues since. I wouldn't trust my smile to any other dentist.
I have been going to the Reimels for many years now...I have had the pleasure of watching them grow into a powerhouse of comprehensive and advanced dentistry!! Their staff is superlative and over the top in terms of helping and assisting patients in any way possible... Front office, back office...they are all superb. My first visit was good. Had bad infection in tooth, and was given excellent care. Everybody was friendly and caring. Kelli explained so many things to me and Dr Moshos was great. Due to my putting off care for to long, my visit was longer than usual. I will recommend this office to my family and friends.
My visit today with Dr. Paterra was beyond satisfaction. He and his assistant were very professional. The procedure was completely painless and I am very happy with my visit. The office personnel are very friendly and helpful. I am very pleased that I have chosen Reimel's for my dental needs.
