Reid's Cleaners (unexceptable service) – I dropped off a dress to be cleaned at the Reid's location on 1700 W Parmer Ln Ste 240; it required special leather cleaning as part of the dress was suede. I went to pick it up and was amazed it cost $46 (for one dress). great service – I picked this cleaners because they do your laundry on site. I have had trouble in the past with cleaners losing my clothes. Reid's has never lost anything in the 2 1/2 years I have been going there. My clothes always come out great. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They always carry my clothes out to my car for me. They also have same day service. It might cost a little more than other cleaners, but you get what you pay for. I no longer worry about going to pick up my clothes to find something missing. Rip Off – I've been looking for a new dry cleaners. Reid's was recommended by a friend. I went to pick my 15 pieces of clothing up and was horrifically surprised to find the total cost $96. I voiced my opinion to the "owner" but he really seemed to care less. His response was, "We're not a $1.49 cleaners. Sorry. We use the best solutions, and our business is doing very well."
