Staff was very friendly and helpful. Store was well laid out and clean. I took a rock climbing class there and the instructors were AMAZING and very patient. Love this place!

Love our local REI - great staff, great selection of products. One of our "addictions" is the (nearly) monthly "Used Gear Sale" - where items that have been returned are sold at significantly reduced prices. You have to get there early to be in the first batch of folks to go through the selection. People queue up hours before the store opens and we've made many friends with others who line up with us. Quinton is the most wonderful man!!!! He took my sad feet and found the right shoes and inserts. Never gave up and I am so happy. He has an amazing personality!!! LET ME TELL YOU THIS MAN KNOW FEET AND WILL FIND THE RIGHT SHOES FOR YOU!!!

Quentin in the shoe department was most knowledgeable and funny show coach I've ever met. He taught me more about shoes in my half hour with him that I've learned on my own in the last 10 years of hiking in boots. Super stoked. Thanks Quentin!
