My daughter and I took the Women's backpacking basics class, and loved it! This was my 3rd REI class, and by far the best! We not only learned so much, but we had the best instructor... Annie Ward! Had a broken pair of smith glasses. Alex, the gentleman who helped me, jumped right to it, helping me get a replacement pair under their warranty system, processed the exchange, and noted the reason why they broke so that he could relay it back to REI and the OEM of the glasses. No wonder I ended up buying a pair of pants and 4 pairs of socks while I was there at the same time. I'll keep coming back for this very reason.
Thank you for supporting mountain biking in Eugene, and, specifically, the Disciples of Dirt Mountain Bike Club. You helped make yesterday's All Comer's Meet a huge success.
