RecommendedThis isn't really a review but I'm not sure where else to put this. We were shopping at REI earlier today and our 3-year-old was bitten by a dog that was in the store. The owner left the store before we could could get her contact info. To the dog's owner--please, if you're reading this, contact us--we just need to confirm that your dog has *current* rabies shots or we will need to incur the expense and trauma to our daughter of rabies shots. RecommendedThe only thing REI San Antonio needs is Outdoor School. Austin is unreasonably far, especially with traffic. Otherwise, great staff, events, and community engagement is paramount. 🚴🏼♀️🥾🌳

RecommendedIt was great I walked in there found what I needed, didn’t need the help, but they were ready and willing without being intrusive, and I walked to counter had a good conversation with employees about my new Cotopaxi allpa 35 and paid and was happy to have the outdoor store there as I always have appreciated
