Horrible customer service.
I showed my granddaughter a bunk bed set that I was going to get for her and her brother after she had come back from the hospital. She loved it and I was ready to purchase. I also found a bed for myself and was going to look for one for my daughter. We all sleep on pallets on the floor. This year, Northwest Youth Corps was awarded a grant from REI to support NYC’s Accessible Outdoors Program, which enabled transformational experiences in the outdoors for 20 young people enrolled in NYC’s ASL Inclusion crews and/or Rainbow LGBTQ conservation crews. Thanks to our REI grant, we purchased backcountry tents and Inreach devices, to provide participants with pathways to outdoor employment and a life-long appreciation of the outdoors.
Love this store and so does my whole family. Things to by for everyone in the family. A family that dresses well plays well:)
Last week I was out birding in the rain when my REI "Motility" jacket failed. Bummer. I loved that quiet and stretchy rain coat. The next day, I exchanged it for a REI Drypoint GTX jacket that was on sale. Staff persons were kind and helpful. Thank you ladies.
Exceptional customer service.
I do enjoy shopping at REI but my friend just had a horrendous experience at the Eugene store. The customer service she recieved was subpar to the point she broke out in tears and left the store full of embarrassment. I usually talk highly of the staff but her experience infuriates me. We won't be going back there, that's for sure.
Thanks REI Eugene for hosting an overnight camping trip to Mt. Pisgah! It was our first time camping with our 14 month old so we were nervous but it was great! Wayne was awesome and had everything we needed, especially BACON! Would definitely do this again!
