This is an absolutely horrible company. I was denied the very first time I tried to even access the office space that I paid for (I had to pay an activation fee + the cost of one months rent for office space) for having an out of state drivers license. Haley at the counter was very rude and accused me of trying to ask her to do something 'illegal' when all I ever asked was for her to contact the postmaster and ask why I was allowed to use an out of state license at another 'virtual office' but not that one. Services are good. Be aware of the contract conditions, they want you to give the termination notice 3 mounts in advance on 3 month terms, otherwise need to pay for additional 6 months.
Our business has been with Regus at the Forum I location since 2019, and I can't say enough good things about them. What stands out the most is how responsive they are—whenever I need anything, they're quick to help out, and it's always a smooth experience. I have not had any experience where they did not go the extra mile for me. I highly recommend this Regus location.
Regus in Forum 1 has helped out my law firm tremendously. All the staff including but not limited to Haley and Sydney have gone above and beyond with helping my office manage client walk-ins and appointments. They have been attentive and caring in all situations easy or difficult. I would highly recommend businesses to check out this business center to help excel their business!
