Im not one to normally post negative stars or comments but dealing with Regus on a situation recently has warranted this star review. If you have any issues and have to go thru portal to dispute or even pay it is the worst time suck you will endure. The location can’t help no response from management. I will not work out of a Regus again.
This location allowed a former employee to sign an annual contract without my review. When I realized this after the employee was fired, they demanded I continue paying the contract. Shortly thereafter the company sent my company to collections for the balance of the total remaining contract. Maria handled the situation, was defensive and accusatory in tone throughout. This place was excellent. The staff bend over backwards to be accommodating. The suite was perfect.
