I started a small business and signed a one year agreement for Regus shared office spaces. The agreement ended July 31 2025. They sent me a notice on April 9 stating if I want to change to a 6 month or 24 month agreement I needed to do so by April 30, but never stating a deadline to cancel the agreement. The next notice I received was on May 2 stating my agreement has been renewed until July 31 2026. Restoration fee? A restoration fee is going to be charged to your rental, $4.50 a square foot. It is not mentioned in the terms and conditions and is only mentioned in "house rules." It turned what was an ok month to month rate into a very unreasonable one. If you're a company that doesn't care about these fees, then no worries! However if you are a company that tries to avoid fees that don't make sense or are hidden, then this is not your place.
