On February 8th I had a call with Jordon Yates, a salesperson with IWG Group. I rented an office in Founders Square from him for the dates between February 26th and March 31st. I was very clear that I wanted this office for these dates and only these dates, I was assured the price was 950 for the month of march and a pro rated amount for the week in February. Excellent on-site staff, but terrible billing experiences with Regus that are deceptive and at the disadvantage of the client. Every month your invoice will come in for a new amount. They will charge you a 100% deposit for registering with them, then another 100% deposit if you don't save a credit card in their system, then they will charge you a $46 restoration fee for terminating your agreement.
