Cathy has been cutting/styling my hair for over 14 years. She is highly professional, creative, kind, and friendly. I live a very busy life, and the consistency and outstanding service I have received from Cathy and REGIS over the years has been very important to me. Go see REGIS at the Parks Mall in Arlington and Cathy. You won’t be disappointed.
Because they added $10 up charge without telling me when I colored my hair two weeks ago then I call today to make appointment to wash and blow dry my hair and she tells me it's $42 to wash and blow dry my hair !!!!$42 WOW ���� I asked why so much she proceeds to tell me because the last time I colored, washed and blow dried he added $10 for length ...my hair is not long!!
