I went there and there's this long haired girl Cut my hair!! I asked her did she know how to cut a Bob She chopped my hair off on one side about a 1/2 an inch to my scalpIt !!was the awful mess I have never been so mad in my entire life!!... The owner said I didn't have to pay for a haircut because it wasn't satisfied That was a understatement I was so mad it's so mad!! Regis serramonte used to be nice & clean under the management of Jody. Now with the new manager & owners, it's gone downhill. They don't follow the CDC guidelines by not providing bathroom supplies for customers & employees. They don't even supply their hairstylists with their needs to service their clients and yet they expect their customers to pay their price. Very unethical.

RUINED MY HAIR I have naturally dark long hair, it's not hard to work with as its straight without frizz or any problems. Nadaen completely ruined my hair. I had gone in to get my hair highlighted, dyed, and trimmed. All together it cost me more than $200, and that day I was so happy with it. Two appointments in one - first and last. Went in with several pictures of the hair cut that I wanted - an inverted bob. Ask for a stylist who could do the cut. I was assigned to Lana who had been out of cosmetology school for 4 months. Every single comb stroke went roughly across my ears. Adriane is great! My hair had been layered and cut badly by a previous person and Adriane took the time to blend it all so it looks incredible. She conditioned my hair and styled it as well. She really listens to you and she takes her time! She also did some low lights for a me a few months back and they looked great! Highly recommend her!

I was in town for a wedding and I made a hair and make up appointment with Natalie. She did an absolutely INCREDIBLE job! She was so precise and really took her time to do my hair and make up. I was very particular with how I wanted my make up done, natural but also bold, and she did it perfectly, exactly what I wanted! She was also super friendly and personable. Five stars for Sabrina and my Regis experience! Sabrina is just the kind of stylist I have been looking for. Why? Because she is professional, committed to doing an exceptional job, a good listener, and a genuine person. I can't recommend her enough.

Butchered my hair. Even after showing PICTURES of what i wanted. The left side of my hair is shorter than the right! Too much fooling around with staff! I wouldnt take my dog to be groomed there. Id give a zero if i could.
