I would recommend Enerbank. The process is explained thoroughly and easy to understand. I appreciate the fast friendly service. And I am sure others will also.
I got solar last year and the cost was split into a 12 year low interest loan for the bulk of the cost, and then the other 40% was put into a 1 year no interest no payment loan (same as cash) which would be paid back from the state and federal returns. Well since the world is insane right now, I am still waiting on my return and now my loan is about to be due with about 19% interest. Good customer service when speaking to your agents over the phone. The reason I gave that rating was because there was no communication when they had to withdraw our application , so we didn’t know that it had been withdrawn. The contractor had to call us and ask us about financing before we knew the application had been withdrawn. But everything was quickly resolved.

I am not for sure if the is The regions bank but I did not give me any choices of any other ones around me but I'm also complaining on the 1866 there's a couple other numbers that I contacted but get to the point that I have a Mail card and I miss placed one of my now Carlee and I went into the bank near my house which is my Nevada and the lady transferred my 500 To a new now hon well this is like do you second or third time I've had to do this I'm terrible about keeping it records but the ATM ate my last card they give me a... read more
It took this bank months to finalize the loan. The service provider completed their excellent work on February 28, 2020 and were not paid until the end of May because Enerbank could not or was too lazy to complete a simple transaction. I offered to pay the contractor personally. This is very poor business practice.
