Horrible!! I had a cash loan that needed to be paid off within a year to waive interest. So when you go to pay bill online, it will only allow you to pay a set portion that they have predetermined. For example, I owed 3,750 it would only allow me to pay $90.11 towards bill. There was no option to change amount or even pay off bill. They make you call customer service which they put you on hold for an indefinite amount of time (like over an hour). Terrible and either amazingly antiquated or really dishonest the answer is unclear. I received a construction loan to have a contractor redo my windows in my home. My contractor unfortunately utilizes this bank. It was easy to process my loan, but then the issues became clear. They do not provide your balance o line and actually send mail receipts of your payment, but that receipt does not provide your balance, however.
