Very flexible and business think staff. After closing on the lease, another situation came up where I needed another piece of equipment. One phone call and Eric agreed to add it to my eating lease. *****

I asked EnerBank 6 times for a payoff amount to pay my loan off. They refuse to send me an email or the amount in a letter. Only through call. They also refuse to show any past payment in email or online like normal loans/banks. This company is shady and would never recommend business with them . I have asked them to contact me through their online service for 3 months an no one has reached out. STAY AWAY!!!

Where do I even begin.. Well we started our home loan process beginning of April with a loan officer by the name of Deborah. We got approved and we were turning in all necessary documents. There were several times I had to resend documents because Debbie said she had lost them. There are also a few times that he got me confused with other customers. Customer service is horrible! No one answers the phone. You can not access payoff online. Will never use them again

They are very easy to work with. Prompt professional customer service.
We had a mortgage with this bank and ask them for a refinancing rate. They were 58s of a percent higher than another lender so we elected to use the other lender. Regions was paid off in full on 5/16/2020 and as of 7/16/2020 we have yet to receive the refund of funds in our escrow account. If you are considering using these company think again.
