I am now wondering how the BBB gave this company an A+ rating. I can't make extra payments online, I never see any record of how the extra payments were applied to the loan or what the payoff amount is. It's like you're gonna be paying interest no matter how many payments you make a month. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I agreed to pay a certain amount for the work I had done. Well, they did give us a loan for a $17,000 part on our truck. Problem is, they then put a lein on the title to our truck, when we had collateral and both their contract and their policy is that only loans of $25,000 or more will initiate a lien. ThatÂ’s the first thing. Second thing is, after paying off the loan they never did give us the title or sign off on the lein. Now, years later comes the third issue. Even after two months the company admitted to loosing my order, Regions would not issue a refund. Walmart got involved & ordered the company to refund the money. Do Not Depend on Regions Card Services.
Literally impossible to make an online payment, as they tell you ONLY internet explorer works for their payment site, which it doesn't. Worst customer operability I have ever seen :(

I have immaculate credit and so I made the mistake of ASSUMING that getting a loan with this company (through a roofing contractor) I would have had decent terms and a decent interest rate. I'LL NEVER MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN. Do yourself a favor and save yourself thousands if not tens of thousands of dollars and work with your personal bank. The entire process from application to installation was fast and efficient. I decided on a 3 year lease but decided to do the payoff in two months. I was pleased they honored their word and did not charge an early pay-off penalty.

As already written, ZERO stars would be the rating for this group of shady characters. Called THREE times for customer service and NEVER got a reply. Even their direct phone numbers don't have voice mail. That should tell you something. Even though it's YOUR money and your credit that will be slammed, their allegiance is 100% to the contractors - never you. If it was possible to give zero stars that is what I would give. I will never again try to do business with Enerbank. They state that their "policy says" that they cannot work with condo associations, that they can only lend to single owners and for work on single units. They told me originally that it was because they do not want to "give anything free" to the other condo units, so they only work with individual condo owners or building owners, so they cannot finance any common element repairs.

Does not process payments on time & poor customer service! Within the past 10 months that I've had my loan I have made payments over the minimum amount which has pushed back my due date each time. I always mail my payments 10 days in advance of the due date for all bills. I have bills due all over the country and never once have I had a problem with payments being received on time. Often they are received within a few days sometimes 5-6 days but it never takes 10 days and I can always see where payments have cleared the bank... read more
