My husband was a victim of fraud 2 weeks before Christmas. He was told he was getting a refund he was waiting on for over 6 months. These people told him they were depositing the money into his account. He called the bank while in the phone with them. They told him it was fraud yet they let this person take out $500 without freezing his account. It was pending for 4 business days before it went through. They refused to refund it. Your institution was very easy to work with. However, while signing documents was easy, finding a way to make a payment on my loan was not. Had to do a google search to locate your payment portal. This information should be included in the loan documents.

I have referred numerous people to you since 2019 when i started this process to include my sister who is currently building a home after getting a mortgage through you and Regions. I will no longer ever refer anyone to region after what I have gone through and what I am currently going through. It was very quick and easy. Answered a few questions, was put on hold for about 30 seconds, and the rep came back on the line with my loan approved. Easy-peasy! Chose the date I wanted to make my payment and my auto-deduction is scheduled. It's all done for me and I just get a notification for my payment. Doesn't get any easier than that! As a former paratrooper I find it absolutely despicable a company with such predatory tactics and down right criminal behavior could be a well known institution. I have never been late on ANY payments in my entire life until opening a regions credit card. They have an auto draft feature that's automatically set up for the actual due date, but the payments always pend for at least 3 days, making the on time payment "late".
