Stupid policies. When I opened my account, I deposited a $32,000 escrow check. Regions held my money for almost a month. When I transferred my money from my checking to savings, Regions locked my account. Took 3 days and multiple trips to the branch to unlock my account. The last straw was Regions locked my account because I used their BillPay service to pay Chase Bank. This time it took over a week and multiple trips to the branch to unlock my account. AVOID these scammers. As with previous reviews, I found it unacceptable that you never get an updated balance to see what you owe. The website will show your payments but never an updated balance. The website is a joke. Any information that I requested was to be sent by mail. I couldn't even get an update through email, The customer service rep talked in circles and wouldn't directly answer my question about receiving my final payment. Again, I could request a payoff statement by mail that would arrive a month after my loan ... read more

I have been unable to login to my Regions bank account since Feb 8th with no success. I've gone through multiple calls with their helpdesk & to the branch 4-5 times. Still no results. No one tries to call me back after the disconnections & I cannot reach the branch office. I get a recorded message that tells me the Verizon customer I'm trying to reach is unavailable. Unavailable. This is what you get with Regions bank. Unavailable.

We had some unexpected electrical problems and needed somebody to fix it. The company we hired ones before recommended EnerBank. Since we needed a loan for the necessary work, it was a good idea. The process was kind of easy, some smaller problems with the documents. We can recommend EnerBank for that type of loan.

Regions cut my online Banking down. Spent a total of six Hours on the Phone. Mostly on hold, made one Trip to a Regions Bank. It's been 12 Days and still not able to log on to Account. Unbelievable

Bank still charges you to view your balance at an ATM. In fact, you're looking at a $3.00 charge every time you use your ATM card, even at WAWA. They promise "to exceed customer service expectations and provide a positive customer experience" but they still represent the old ways of banking back in the 90's.

We recently took a loan for home improvement due to the recent storm in Texas. It was not planned, and our construction company suggested EnerBankUSA. It was the easiest to set up, and the customer service agent was kind, thoughtful, professional, and patient with us. He answered our preliminary questions, gave us the additional information we would need, and provided timelines for set up. Process was quick and easy online with an immediate answer. Enerbank followed up with a call to ask if I had any questions and verified that we were happy with the completed project and contractor. I highly recommend them!
