Your institution was very easy to work with. However, while signing documents was easy, finding a way to make a payment on my loan was not. Had to do a google search to locate your payment portal. This information should be included in the loan documents.

I have referred numerous people to you since 2019 when i started this process to include my sister who is currently building a home after getting a mortgage through you and Regions. I will no longer ever refer anyone to region after what I have gone through and what I am currently going through. It was very quick and easy. Answered a few questions, was put on hold for about 30 seconds, and the rep came back on the line with my loan approved. Easy-peasy! Chose the date I wanted to make my payment and my auto-deduction is scheduled. It's all done for me and I just get a notification for my payment. Doesn't get any easier than that! As a former paratrooper I find it absolutely despicable a company with such predatory tactics and down right criminal behavior could be a well known institution. I have never been late on ANY payments in my entire life until opening a regions credit card. They have an auto draft feature that's automatically set up for the actual due date, but the payments always pend for at least 3 days, making the on time payment "late".
