It was a very good transaction from the start to finish, they kept in touch and checked on how the contractors were doing and even called a few days after the job was done to see if I liked the work they did. And I feel received a fair loan rate of 6.99% with fair loan payments. I give them 100% for what I received.

My mom was trying to Zelle me $260 and she got prompted to call basic mainline number for verification after 30 minutes of speaking and answering Robot Reggies questions, she was directed to fraud prevention and had to wait another 30 minutes. Checks are ordered through a third party. **************. (1/26/2021 status shows shipped. Today is 2/19/2021 still no checks) Hints the reason she is using Zelle. EnerBank has very unreasonable daily interest that they charge customers. In our case, my elderly mother who financed a walk-in tub. Please read the fine print. They charge interest by the day, it's worse than a credit card. Ask questions before allowing them to finance something for an elderly person.

Enerbank is legitimately the WORST lender I've ever used. The online portal to access account info and make payments is laughable; it's impossible to see the current balance, gives no ability to close an account, and they intentionally leave off ANY contact info to get help. I can't even email anyone - I had to resort to sending a message via their webpage and now hope that someone in this subpar organization actually responds to my web inquiry and offers assistance. Lacking in technology, terrible customer service. No way to view any loan details online like payoff amount, balance, interest rate. You can only view your current amount due and make a payment. Forget trying to call. If you do you will be on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes. Once you get someone on the phone, expect someone with little knowledge of the way the loan is structured and with no goal to be helpful. Responses are curt and dismissive. Very disappointing and will not use them again.

Card got hacked showing charges from best buy. Regions sent me a new card and three days later I get charged by best buy again. I might could see it happening if I shop at best buy but I don't. They also don't care if you want over draft or not. I have put no overdraft protection and still keep getting charges for it. Regions is only good for taking your money stay away
